Robotics Competition in Beit Safafa School
A group of college employees and students participated in the international educational robotics competition FIRST* Lego League, held at Beit Safafa primary school on Tuesday the 26th of February. Mrs. Naheel Zaben participated as a core values judge, while Mr. Abdelmalek Halawani as the schools supervisor, and Mr. Ali Salhi as a coach for two teams and the students Ala Nabhan, Esmael Ewewe, Raed Zamamiri, and Ahmed Al-Sheikh as table judges. The team from Al-Sawahreh elementary school for girls was celebrated as the competition champion after the team excelled in the project, design and programming, core values and the robot missions. This year competition theme was World Class Learning Unleashed. 
 
* FRIST "For Inspiration of Science and Technology" is an international organization that celebrates science and technology through its competitions, of which is the FLL "FIRST Lego League" targets students 9 to 15 years old.
